We want you to love your purchase from Owen Art. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Custom, personalized, or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at owenartgalleries@gmail.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or commissioned art pieces.
Digital downloads or gift cards.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping or handling fees. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees.

Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that commissioned or personalized artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping or handling fees.
